Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • You are allow to put names on items put no profanity. If your child is under 13 an adult must give permission.
  • Make sure you spell the name correctly because we go by your spelling only. If it is spelt wrong and you sent it to us that way it is your fault. We will not redo it for free.
  • We are a strong company,  we try very hard to keep all of our customers information safe and the website secure.
  • Twenty A Graphics LLC will not put up with bulling, hate speeches, unlawful behavior and spam.
  • All Rights Reserved
  • If a account holder missuses these terms or conditions there account will be disabled.





Return and Refund Policy

 Return and Refund policy 

  • Terms of return (You have up to 30 days to return you item.
  • State of return ( The Item has to be unworn and in very good condition.)
  • Reason for return ( Damage or wrong item.)
  • Process for return (Call or email send pictures of the item)
  • Process of refund (The process may take up to two weeks depend on mail. We can refund your payment after we receive the item back or redo the item. (Special order item's are nonrefundable.)
